Refund Policy
At 23 Stitches, we take pride in creating high-quality apparel and custom products for our customers. Because many of our items are made-to-order, please review our policy carefully before purchasing
Custom Orders
- All custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be retuned or refunded unless there is a defect or an error on our part
- Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs, spelling and artwork before production
Non-Custom Orders
- Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed and in original condition
- To initiate a return, please contact us at ash@23supps.com with your order number
Exchanges
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order
Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund
Final Sale Items
- Clearance, sale and promotional items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or refunded
