At 23 Stitches, we work hard to ensure your orders are processed quickly and delivered in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy below:

Processing Times

- Standard processing time for ready-to-ship items is 2-5 business days.

- Custom orders may require additional time depending on the complexity of the design and order volume. Customers will be notified of any extended production timelines.

- Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays

Shipping & Delivery Methods

- We currently ship within the United States

- Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS or FedEx

- Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays or other unforeseen delays

- 23 Stitches is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the package has been dispatched

Shipping Rates

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method

- Free shipping promotions, when available, will be clearly stated on our website

Order Tracking

- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details

- Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update

 

 

Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages

 

- 23 Stitches is not responsible for lost, stole or damaged packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier

- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist where possible

 

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

 

- Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is correct at the time of purchase

- Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements
